This makes my heart so happy. National Geographic has recognized this amazing human being and everything he gives back to the people he comes into contact with. This amazing man became a father to me when I was very lost during my three years in Thailand. He helped me build my dream bamboo home, took me into his family, and gave me something to focus on. We had one of the deepest connections I've ever felt with another person.
